Huh.. Wake up in the middle of the night. I can't sleep then.. Few days to go before I reach 30s.. No more 20s.. WTH.. I hate being 30s.. Huhuhu.. I still not happy with my work.. Last few days I was asking my bos when he will give us our appraisal.. Answer was simple." Later, still under approval. Don't worry on ur part.. Should be ok!". I'm not looking for good increment.. I was looking for promotion. I know I deserve that. Staff Engineer before I turn 30. That's my target. I been working like crazy this few years. Answering phone, replying an email 24/7. Been a while I don't write my feeling in this blog.. Not because I don't have a feeling anymore but just because I don't want to create more problem. You know what I mean right. Huh.. Again..
